M Studio’s Shipping Policy

M Studio is happy to offer its customers world-wide delivery services.

Delivery within Australia:
Deliveries within Australia are generally sent out within 1 business day, via express post, following clearance of customer's payment.
Delivery costs:

Orders over $100: FREE

Orders under $100: $7.50

International Shipping:
M Studio is glad to offer our international customers a world-wide shipping service. Orders generally arrive within 1-3 weeks, depending on the differing times of international countries to clear customs.
International shipping costs: $20

NOTE:

As every product purchased from M Studio's online boutique is a unique jewellery piece and handmade with care, it is possible that an unexpected delay may occur if the particular product ordered is not readily available or in stock. If this is the case, M Studio will contact the customer within one business day to advise of expected delivery date.

M Studio’s Return Policy

M Studio’s priority is to let our customers enjoy their shopping experience and to be happy with their purchases.
However, if a customer if unpleased with any product purchased, M Studio will happily exchange it within 14 days for a different product, or issue our customers with a credit note, which will be valid for 6 months from the issuing date.

To warrant an exchange or credit note to our customers, following conditions have to be ensured:

  1. Products must be returned unworn, and in their original merchantable condition,
  2. Return package must include the original packaging, complete with all components and tags and sent with a copy of the original invoice and the customer’s contact information
  3. Products must be sent with a postage method that allows insurance and signature on delivery

M Studio’s Faulty or Damaged Product Policy

M Studio guarantees that all products are handmade and carefully packaged to ensure that the jewellery will get to our customers as safe as possible.

In the unlikely event that jewellery received by our customers is faulty, please feel free to notify us as soon as possible.

As soon as we receive the faulty or damaged product, we will do everything possible to send our customers a replacement. Of course, we will refund the customer’s extra postal charges to the equivalent $-amount of Australia Post’s Registered Post charges (within Australia) or FedEx charges (for international orders).
